Virtual QuickStart - Extension Owners

Thank you for choosing Virtual PBX as your hosted phone solution. Please complete each step below to configure your Virtual PBX.

Step 1: Logging Into Your Virtual PBX

Have your Virtual PBX number and your password ready. This tutorial will show you how to login to your system.

Step 2: Using The Message Center

Now that you're logged in, you'll get a quick overview of how to use your Message Center.

Step 3: Adding & Editing Contact Numbers

Here, you'll enter some key information that the Virtual PBX will use to locate you.

Step 4: Logging Into Your ACD Queues

If you're system has ACD Queues, you'll be shown how to login to them here.

Step 5: Change Your Phone & Web Passwords

We highly reccomend that you change your web and phone passwords to something that you'll remember.

Step 6: Change Your Message Forwarding & Notification

This step explains how you can customize the message forwarding functions of your Virtual PBX.

Step 7: Login By Phone, Record Your Name & Voicemail Greeting

Now that you've logged into the web for the first time, you'll be shown how to login by phone. You'll also record your name and your voicemail greeting.
